Coin Purchases

The App uses a coin-based system for accessing premium features:

• Coins can be purchased through the Apple App Store
• All purchases are processed through Apple's payment system
• Coins are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Coin balances are tied to your User ID

User Responsibilities

As a user of Zovie, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the security of your device and App data
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App to store illegal or harmful content
• Backup your data regularly as we are not responsible for data loss

Data Storage and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us:

• All personal information is stored locally on your device
• We only collect User ID and coin information
• You are responsible for backing up your local data
• We cannot recover data stored locally on your device

Intellectual Property

Zovie and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

App Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time with or without notice.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
